Rereading Like Detectives!

Students partnered up today to reread their own writing to make sure it says exactly what they want it to say, look for uppercase letters at the beginning of every sentence and end punctuation.

 
 

What a fun class celebration!

These second graders had a blast celebrating their expected hallway behavior on Friday!  They were comfortable on a hot day!  We had lots of fuzzy friends visiting and we had lots of fun making costumes for them!

Pajama and Stuffed Animal Day!

Friday, September 22nd

Mrs. Cross’ second graders have earned a Pajama and Stuffed Animal Day for showing expected hallway behavior all week!

Students may wear their pajamas to school and bring in a stuffed animal.  The stuffed animal must fit in your student’s backpack.

I’m looking forward to meeting everyone’s fuzzy friends!
